    The Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure moved to amend the resolution by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 21--Requesting the Division of Highways name the bridge on I-79, spanning WV 114, commonly called the Big Chimney Interchange Bridge, the “Hodges Brothers Bridge”.
